Online pricing for findings in gold and platinum reflect the metal markets of the previous Tuesday and a standard weight for the item. However, actual orders may reflect net weights of the item as well as the metal market on the date of the order.

How do I convert the old Camelot Solitaire Style numbers to the new numbering system?

The first three digits of the old Camelot solitiare style number indicated the shank.  The following is a conversion from old to new:

570 = LL94 or LL96

571 = 94 or 96

572 = 94IR or 96IR

573 = HH94IR or HH96IR

574 = HHH94IR or HHH96IR

575 = HH144IR or HH146IR

How do I know my order has been received?
You will receive an email notification to the email address on file confirming we have received your order. You will also receive a web confirmation number in the email. You may use this confirmation number to contact customer service to check on your order.

What are the terms for my order?
All B2B orders have standard terms of Net 30 days. Please call you Camelot Territory Manager to request additional terms.
What metal markets are used for online pricing?
Metals are based on Tuesday's metal market and are locked in for one week until a new price is established on the following Tuesday. Many Camelot items are priced using a metal market that is locked for a week to make your ordering and pricing easier. However, certain items, such as plain rings, solitaires and findings are priced using the daily gold market and the prices for these items on the website may not be the price you are invoiced.
When will my order ship?
Estimated shipping dates are provided when you view the details of a specific item before you have placed it in your shopping cart and they are also provided when you checkout. These dates are estimated based on the product type and size and are meant as general guidelines for the specific product you are ordering. If you need an item by a specific date, please enter the date in the "Need By" section when you are checking out of your shopping cart. We will contact you if we cannot meet your required ship date. If you need an exact ship date of a particular item, please call customer service.
Will my whole order be shipped together?
We will make every effort to ship all items together on every order. Under certain circumstances we will partially ship your order based on requested ship dates, availabilty of special orders as well as other extenuating circumstances. The balance of the order will ship as soon as it is available. We are certainly aware of shipping costs and make every effort to be as economical as possible.
